Not Just a Meeting. A Slice of Heaven.

Join friends from around the world for some days in Falun, Sweden, filled with Round Table friendship, Swedish traditions and long summer evenings.

We’re bringing the 41 family together for a weekend of catching up, making new friends and celebrating Midsummer the Swedish way. Come ready to join in, especially when the dancing starts!

You can now register for the full ANM weekend. Merchandise and additional options will be offered separately as plans are finalised. We’ll contact registered participants directly, so there’s no need to register again.

PRETOUR

Tuesday–Thursday

Start your ANM adventure in Stockholm! Join fellow Tablers to explore Sweden’s capital, enjoy dinner and a night out together before heading to Falun.

The planned pretour package includes:

  • Registration and welcome in Stockholm.
  • A city walking tour.
  • Dinner and a night out.
  • Accommodation during the pretour.
  • Transport from Stockholm to Falun on Thursday, in time to join the get-together party.

The pretour is an optional package, separate from the main event fee. The price is still being finalised and will be based on actual costs, with no profit added.

Indicate your interest when registering. We’ll share the full programme and price before asking you to confirm your pretour booking.

THE MAIN EVENT

Thursday–Sunday

Thursday – Welcome to Falun!

Registration opens at around 18:00 on Thursday, 17 June 2027. Check in, collect your welcome bag and join our get-together party — an easy start to the weekend with familiar faces, new friends and plenty of catching up.

Please plan your journey with this start time in mind. The exact location and timings will be confirmed closer to the event.

Friday – Midsummer, the Swedish way

Friday is all about celebrating together. We’re planning a traditional Midsummer celebration with a maypole, dancing, flower wreaths and a festive meal at long tables.

Expect Swedish flavours, outdoor games, music and a few drinking songs. You don’t need to know the words, you’ll soon pick them up!

Saturday – Meeting & gala night

We’ll gather for the official meeting during the day. In the evening, it’s time to dress up for our gala dinner and celebrate another chapter of friendship across borders.

Sunday – One last gathering

Join us for a farewell brunch, swap stories from the weekend and say goodbye until the next time we meet.

Prices

We’re organising ANM for friendship, with no intention of making a profit. Our aim is to put 100% of the registration fees back into the event and your experience.

THE MAIN EVENT – EUR 500 PER PERSON

The registration fee covers all four days of the main event programme, including transport arranged between programme venues. Accommodation and travel to and from Falun are not included.

PRETOUR – TBD

The price is still being finalised and will be based on actual costs, with no profit added.

ACCOMMODATION

Home hosting will be available, subject to availability, a chance to stay with a local Tabler and enjoy some Swedish hospitality.

For those who prefer a hotel, we have reserved rooms at Quality Hotel Grand Falun, right in the city centre, at favourable rates.

A double room costs SEK 1,200 per room per night (approximately EUR 106, depending on the exchange rate).
Please indicate your preference when registering. Home hosting will be confirmed separately, and hotel booking details will follow.

PAYMENT

The registration fee is EUR 500 per person. Please cover any bank transfer or currency conversion fees so that the full EUR 500 reaches our account.

GETTING TO FALUN

Flying to Sweden

We recommend flying to Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN).

Travelling directly to Falun

From the airport, continue by train to Falun. Search for journeys from “Arlanda C” to “Falun C” at sj.se and check whether your chosen departure requires a change.

Arlanda Central Station is located inside the airport in SkyCity. Allow enough time after landing for passport control, baggage collection and reaching the station.

Joining the Stockholm pretour?

Head into Stockholm first and meet us there. Transport from Stockholm to Falun will be included in the pretour package. Meeting points and arrival guidance will follow once the pretour details are confirmed.

Heading home

If you’re flying home on Sunday, please allow time for our farewell brunch, the journey back to Arlanda and airport check-in.
